Research Grants from the Stuart Rossiter Trust

The Trust makes Research Grants to assist authors in publishing books. These may be published by bodies other than the Trust itself. A recent example is the excellent work, Postal and Airmail Rates in France & Colonies 1920 – 1945 by Robert E. Picirilli , just published by The France & Colonies Philatelic Society of Great Britain.
